The Spark of Life-A Novel Written by Jed Kent
“Survival isn’t living, Oren. It’s existing. You’ve forgotten the difference.”
Book Synopsis:
Oren awakens in a dark room, bound to a cold, mechanical chair. A mysterious man stands before him, offering a cryptic choice—one that will test the limits of his body and soul. Oren is forced to confront the true weight of power and the fragility of human existence.
Blending poetic prose with profound philosophical questions, Spark of Life is a genre-bending exploration of fate, free will, and the eternal cycle of life.
Book Review:
From the author who brought to us Behind These Walls, Where Serpents Dance, and Black Spots comes a new novel called The Spark of Life. This novel was thought provoking, beautifully written and worth the ride. In comparison to Jed Kent’s other published works the gore scale is low…which for my weak stomach is very grateful.
The Spark of Life is available now, for preorder for in the Kindle format on Amazon. Paperback release is available on release day May 1, 2025.
